In this vital role, you’ll manage program logistics, compliance, and partnerships, making sure every pound of food makes a difference. You will be the bridge between federal resources and local communities, helping to fight hunger with efficiency, compassion, and integrity. The Food Distribution Program Coordinator ensures the effective planning, execution, and evaluation of food distribution efforts across Wayne County. This role is responsible for inventory, logistics, community engagement, volunteer coordination, and compliance, with a focus on reducing food insecurity and increasing access to nutritious food for vulnerable populations.

This position has a salary of $47,000 per year. Benefits are effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment and are detailed below.
